The Golf Course Homes neighborhood is one of the largest communities and features 437 detached single story homes that surround the main course at St. Mark Golf Club. These homes are situated on San Pablo and San Julian Drive and offer a wide variety of sizes, floor plans and features. All of the homes are at least 2 bedrooms and start around 1,500 sq. ft. and can get as big as 3,000+ sq. ft.
