Almost all of the golf course homes are built with a full roof truss system, which means that any interior walls are non-load bearing. This makes it much easier to remove walls and create the ever-so popular open-concept feeling. There are some homes that have been completely renovated with modern touches while others still stay true to their 1960’s architecture and style. This offers people the opportunity to step into a time capsule and enjoy life circa 1965 or have the opportunity to update a home and bring it into the 21st century.
