Fairway Knolls

Fairway Knolls is a well kept neighborhood featuring condo style living at it’s finest. Many of the units overlook The St. Mark Golf Club. Lake San Marcos Gardens is a neighborhood is located off La Fiesta Drive and features single story attached homes with some being lakefront. These attached homes come in a variety of building size with twin homes and some buildings having 6 units connected. Located walking distance to the Decoy restaurant and community pools. This neighborhood is one of the more affordable priced attached homes in the lake. Many homes feature mountain views and are located walking distance to The Decoy Restaurant. Located at the North end of the lake with some units featuring lake, mountain and golf course views.

Lake San Marcos Villas

Lake San Marcos Villas is a neighborhood located off La Flora Drive and La Bonita Drive and features single story attached homes and 2 story condos. Many homes feature mountain views and are located within walking distance to The Decoy Restaurant, and The Lakehouse Hotel.The single story attached homes feature 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom models. All properties have a private patio area off the back of the house which can be fully fenced in if desired. Most of the floor plans offer an open floor plan style, generous sized bedrooms and very functional layouts.

The HOA takes care of all exterior maintenance, termite, roof, etc. This makes it convenient, as you only have to worry about SDG&E and cable payments.

Panorama is a neighborhood located on the western hillside of Lake San Marcos and features 168 attached condos with most having four to six to a building. These condos offer some of the most amazing views of Lake San Marcos and the surrounding areas. Each condo comes with either a 1-car or 2-car detached garage unit.
